helo agen cgp, Appy new year, share ko lang tong project ko 3 bedroom w/ store dito sa pampanga, masyado limited ang budget 800k tpos ang ama ko ang contractor, right now new project ko naman townhouses sa las pinas post ko rin dito pg ntpos ko na eto na muna sa ngyon hehe, i did dis wid cad+max+vray ,cnc's are welcome mga ser Smile .

sa render sir wala ako masabi, mahusay,,, siguro nga dahil medyo mababa ang budget ay medyo nacompensate ang appearance,,, pero kung medyo madadagan lang sana ang elements para gumanda ang design, it would be better kung may adjustment sana ng unti sa facade nya... anyway sir tanx for sharing... happy new year Very Happy
