tuwing i install ko sya hindi marecognise yung max plug-in directory,
at kung bigyan ko nang path hindi mag-open yung install button,
meron na po bang nakaranas nang ganitong error?
btw, 3d max 2009 64bit yung o.s. ko!
sana may makatulong sa akin!

sir in order po to make everything in place make sure that all your versions are compatible...kung 64 bit ung max mo dapat pang 64 bit din ung mga plug in mo....merry xmas po

yap sorry po nakalimutan ko tuloy! batzal yun yung demo version niya! nag check muna ako bago ko ini install 64bit lahat walang hindi magkapareho!
pang apat na beses na po akong naghanap nang demo hindi pa rin

Bro! baka na-install na at di mo lang napansin 
look at your "Modifier List" you should see "Batzal Roof Designer" there...
i got Max 2009 64 bit too, and i don't have any problem...
Actually, after ko na-install i don't have any idea kung saan ko makikita ang Batzal's, until sinundan ko yung tutorial, dun lang pala sa Modifier List...
Try to go through their tutorial here: http://www.batzal.com/
Kung installation naman problema: Install mo sya sa 3ds Max 2009 Folder (di sya ma-install kung sa ibang folder mo ilagay, i think eto yung problem mo? )
Install > Program Files > Autodesk > 3ds Max 2009
To confirm kung na-install look at the plugins folder and you should see this file "RoofDes.dlm"
look at your "Modifier List" you should see "Batzal Roof Designer" there...
i got Max 2009 64 bit too, and i don't have any problem...
