napunta sa car yung budget....pero di naman mukang chipipay yung bahay....expensive din ito...magkano ba per sq.meter ng stone clad at treated wood clad? i think its around 5,000 per sqm..mahal din ang sqm ng glass...naka tegula roofing pa...pretty expensive nadin ang bahay...and i think its not already simple...small siguro oo...well anyway okay naman ang over all presentation...a bit noisy lang...pero okay ito...

Nice design & visualization Sir, parang nawala lang yung tiling ng sidewalk sa kaliwa, or sa camera lang siguro, the rest
