hi cgpips,...magpost lang uli....

nabarat sideline lang....

i was given a rough sketch of a ground plan and 2 perspective as my reference
the design is not mine....yung color scheme lang ang sa akin...
kaya nagbigay nalang ako ng 6 color schemes that can be used for both apt..
dalawang apt iyan....medyo magkatabi lang sila....
kaya i rendered 2 house model with 2 views each...6 color schemes...

done in autocad - 3dsmax vraysp2- photoshop

pasensya na sa mga mali...(please some tips naman dyan) baguhan palang din...
2d cadd lang talaga ginagawa ko sa work..at madalang pa..hindi ako pinapagalaw sa mga 3d...

and guys....please give me some trees, plants,...or links to download them...

i really have to work on my entourage badly....

nice sets of renders sir, commments ko lang ay yung roof siguro babaan mo yung reflection. yung gutter po naman sir ay parang walang malalagyan ng D.S. at displacement siguro sa grass.imho lang!! maganda pa rin ung rendering
scheme 01 sa akin sir!!lagyan lang ng partition wall sa may balcony!!!

nice sets of renders sir, commments ko lang ay yung roof siguro babaan mo yung reflection. yung gutter po naman sir ay parang walang malalagyan ng D.S. at displacement siguro sa grass.imho lang!! maganda pa rin ung rendering
scheme 01 sa akin sir!!lagyan lang ng partition wall sa may balcony!!!

ayun yung design eh...wala na ako magagawa...madami ngang violations ito...di ko lang mabago....salamat....oo nga yung yung reflection nasobrahan...di ko kasi mapalabas yung gusto kong kintab niya....paturo nalang...

salamat sa pm dude....ginawa ko nadin yung sa reflected glossiness.ganun din ang labas,..ginagamit ko naman yun...kaso dito lang sa scenes ko na ito hindi gumana....nagnoisy lang...kaya tinaasan ko subdive niya...kaso nagmukang chrome like na black..tpos medyo di na makita yung texture..im even doen to .6....salamat...ganda ng attitude mo bro.,...nakakatulong ka..

Regarding color scheme...unahin muna natin yung roofing mo....kasi yan ang pagbabagayan natin....
1.Sure kaba na may ganyang kulay sa type of roof na ginamit mo sa model?
2.May idea kana ba kung anung type ng roof ang gagamitin?
3. Kung may specs na ang roofing....check the manufacturer's website para makita mo yung color na available at yung napili mung kulay ang ilagay mo sa model mo...

salamat po sa advice....oh yeah huh? yung gutter nga...i have to work on that too.... as for the color of the roof....i've seen some projects working on black roofing...what i like about black -in general- is its versatility when it comes to color...specialy im working on different color schemes...also most of my scenes uses two or three colors..i want to stick with those numbers...so i used black in most of my scences so i could minimize usage of color...i don't want these houses ending up like a candy store...what i also like about black is that it accentuate colors...it makes color powerful and striking...

i really appreciate you sharing your thoughts....it helps a lot....

sir meron na ako nakita ganyan pagkagawa at ang ganda tingnan... ( 3 houses na yata may ganyan dito sa amin)
as in BLACK! talaga
actualy i ask the companys agent about it... they say order daw ng owner is the "choco brown" color then after the installation they apply auto finish "black color" used in car paint.......costly nga lang daw

pwede mo advice sa owner ganyan..... PERO!!! medyo mahal kac doble apllication ka...auto finish black used in cars (acrylic ata)

kung may nag papa render sa akin na hindi sa akin ang design at sa tingin ko ay may mga kulang or alanganin sa akin, i suggest something, not to offend or insult the designer but to make the design better.yung iba ay nag o ok, pero may iba talaga na sasabihan ka na sundin mo nalang yung gusto ko kahit sabihin natin na wala sa standard nalang, bakit kaya ganun kung gaya nga ng sinabi mo na "madami ngang violations ito".
regarding sa color nga roof, kung black gusto mo, pwede yan, magagawa yan, mag rerequest ka sa supplier/manufacturer pero dadag bayad yan, at ok lang ba sa owner if black yung roof nya at mas mahal yung roof nya kaysa sa mga available colors na sa market? kung ok lang sa kanya then good!!!

so im not that sure then after all about the roof ...i've seen some projects that has black roofing...but i never thought it was done like that...kala ko it was manufactured like that already...about the design...sinabi ko...and i really really said in a nice way...kaso yung nga...sundin na lang talaga...
di ko kasi kausap directly yung owner...i was just told to do renderings...tpos ako na bahala sa color scheme...naisip ko nga yung owner's budget,...baka di kaya yung ibang color scheme...lalo na yung mga may claddings....kaya yung iba...pure paint...yung iba..mixed paint and clad,..so the owner could have options...whether the expensive one or the cheaper one...

@nheil29...scheme 6 is pebble wash...mas maganda sana yan kung may art nouveau na details...

oks ya nik, ill go for scheme 4.hehe. dami ng scheme na ginawa mo.. sipag bro. about the rendering naman bro, medyo dark yung mga shadows.. (o malabo lang talaga mata ko). overall its nice. musta na bro. bisita ka dito kapag di busy.hehe

bro lahat ng gawa mo maganda.,..wala kanang dapat baguhin sa design,color of the roof...for me its okay..IMHO...nice indeed bro...keep it up...

gusto ko ung scheme 6...ung cinasabi nmn nila na black roof.... (hindi nmn totally black roof yan)...marami na akong nakita na roof na ganyan lalo na sa ayala houses sa q.c....

share ko lang naging experience ko dahil may time nun na sobrang dami din ng schemes ang ginawa ko..
pero instead na matuwa, naguluhan lang ung owner..
sakin lang is magfocus talaga kung ano ba talaga kailangan at gusto ng owner..den help them to give solutions to their problems..

nice sets of render..good effort
share ko lang naging experience ko dahil may time nun na sobrang dami din ng schemes ang ginawa ko..
pero instead na matuwa, naguluhan lang ung owner..
sakin lang is magfocus talaga kung ano ba talaga kailangan at gusto ng owner..den help them to give solutions to their problems..

actually i wasn't the one who designed the plans...and i don't have information about the client....if only i knew the owner...then maybe i could have come up with something that will reflect the client....thank you for the suggestion....i'll sure use that on my coming projects...
