how to apply color calibration on your monitor and printer?

sir/mam ask ko lang, when we print a *.jpg file image on hp plotter, nagiging black yung output nang wood (wenge) mat'ls sa render. pati yung mga shadow sa image pag naprint ay nagiging greenish gray. paano kaya masusulusyunan ito? salamat in advance and merry xmas and a happy new yr.
