interior lighting in sketchup

hi every body!

i new to this forum....and new to sketchup tooo!!

actually i was rendering an interior scene in sketchup....but facing lots of problems...it is an waiting area for a diagnostic center with different textured walls. i want show spot lights on certain objects....i dont know how to creat such effects...and which setting should i use for that!!! anybody please help me... or suggest me some link where i can found some useful for my rendering!!

actually there is lot of stuff available for 3d max rendering with any rendering machine but not for sketchup!? i visit many forums...but didn't recive any reply.....hope it wont happen with this one...
