IES lighting in vray not working...

Hi! i need help on this. i've been trying it all the time but i still can't get it why my ies light doesn't appear in the rendering. i already increase the intensity to 50,000+ but still no show. im using vray light as my source of light then add up ies for effects. i really need your expertise regarding this matter. Thank you very much!

can you show us your light settings for the ies

napansin ko din pag gumagamit ako ng ies it's not working not until i used mental ray shadow...it does work.....try mo sir.

ganyan din ang ang problema ko rec.light gumagana pero yung ies ayaw gumana sana my magbigay ng tamang settings sa atin na baguhan.
