Nice work..i like modern houses...ganda ng concept mo...sana may iba ka pang view para mapakita mo pa yung garage...but overall 2thumbsup

malinis at ganda ng timpla.. hehe maganda rin xempre ang design.. sakin lang nman cgro sir, kung iatras mo yung isang braso ng bldg para di maxadong symmetrical .. kunsabagay duplex nga nman hehe.. bagay din kasing single 2thumbsup 2thumbsup 2thumbsup

nice render and same work flow... by the way yung design is good pero parang ang bigat nya tignan...then yung design ng stair sa harap pwede mo po ba ibali pababa sa ramp? gate po ba yang harap? better to open kasi parang nasaraduhan yung tao hehe...for presentation po IMHo lang naman

nice work sir... too bright lng(sakin).... ganda ng design, pero feeling ko lng parang kulang sa lalim ang carport, cguro atras p konti ang wall sa likod, parang ang sikip kc..sakin lng naman.. still very nice design... ung fringes sa BG trees klaro... kip it up! thumbsup Smile

comments lang sa design....
1.Garage parang bitin ang length...at parang napaka taas ng ramp mo.
2. For me yung garage mas ok na ka level nalang ng ground...para hindi pasukin ng storm/rain water na may kasamang dumi,kalat,basura,etc...at para wala ng problema sa drainage...
I know pweding i drain yan but u know..
3. Hindi naba pweding maglagay ng bintana sa sides?
4.Check your door height..naka sagad na kasi sa ceiling...
5.May harang bayung railings mo?para kasing open...baka mahulog bata...
6.Concrete bayung roof ng center structure..consider the type of water proofing to be used...

Rendering for me is great...thanks for sharing...
