Good day CGpinoy! Long time no see. Just would like to share these "old school" presentations.

ayos ang presentation niyo sir, im a sketchup user too, and these are very impressive presentations. any tips sir? papano po ang workflow nito, su styles and photoshop?thankyou sir,

ganda po ng gawa nyo, mukang ginawa sa piranesi software.
pano po yung watercolor effect sa sketchup? may plug-in ba yun? di ko po alam kung pano yun. syensya na po.

Thanks Meejan! I used the "pencil edges with white border" by Mark Paschke(style builder winner competition) and overlayed it on top of a fully rendered version perspective by Vray. Then I used eraser tool and changed the brush size according to my preference, and change the opacity(as desired). It's like erasing the "pencil with edges" layer on top of the render. then save to as jpeg. As simple as it is. It's all photoshop.

Its all 100% Sketchup 7 and Vray. Saved the 2 exported image(1 pencil, 1 vray render) from sketchup. I post processed the final images using Photoshop CS.

bro, parang nagkaroon ako ng interest na pag aralan yung sketches style mo ah?(im also using sketchup pero di kasing galing ng gawa mo) ganda pang present sa client yung mga ganyan eh, sana me tuts ka neto galing kasi sa totoo lang.galing din nung last image.5 star

@Vivisik: Thanks bro. If I will have time, I'll make a tutorial on this. You can probably checkout a smiliar tutorial made by our friend Nomeradona regarding this kind of presentations. I forgot the site link but its really extensive and very nice.
