Nice design. I like the 2nd image.

Here's my C&C

1. Apply camera correction unless you are happy with your view
2. Sidewalk is a bit too high. 150mm max will do
3. Car material have too much reflection and it attracts too much attention
4. You can use a better set of vegetation on this one. Maybe tropical unless project is located in US/Euro?
5. You can also place the Xmas Tree blocking the entrance on the 2nd image
