panalo ang render ha...hehe...imho in actual di papayag owner na makita nya na nakalutang iyan...oo nga satin part ng design yan pero psychologically baka kahit ikaw matakot hehe...sir mauuntog ako sa garahe mo hehe...

aba, magaling ka nang magrender ah, about a year ago, di pa ganito output mo, ngayon, mas malupit ka pa sa akin...lampas na 5 yrs ako nag rerender, di ko pa rin magawang i-output ng ganyan ang images ko..huhuhu...

sumablay lang sa modeling, yung garage, mababa yung headroom...the rest, appove na!!

ok lang kung cantilevered,....wala namang problema dyan...basta ba na design ng structural engr..why not...yung sa garage same comment...

glazings(curtain walling) ba lahat yung sa taas?consider ventilation,solar shading....pakita mu yung entrance mo...nice rendering...gud luck sa thesis mo and hope to see you in the future sa UAP site...
