Practice Render 2

A little overview:

I actually got the idea for this on an actual lot plan. A small lot of a supposed project that did not pushed through. So i just decided to play around with it, an pretend that the supposed owner wanted something modern on his small lot. I did the concept plan last January, but i only got to do the 3d last Wednesday, and worked on this during my free time. I was planning on adjusting the floor plans, but since this is more of a rendering practice, i didn't bother to focus on it too much.

Still part of an on-going study. Hope you guys like it. Comments are welcome. Thanks!

pahabol lang sir sa design,,...mas maganda siguro kung gamitan mu ng brise soleil for the solar shading,instead of the traditional projected concrete slab para lalong maging modern ang dating at para bumagay dun sa glass canopy mo,,,

comment noted, still having trouble with adding skies..at wala din akong makitang matino sa internet. try kong gumawa ng update kung libre..

medyo maliit yung sa shortest distance (yung corner ng glass panel), mga 0.90 na lang....iniisip kong gumawa pa ng isa pa gamit yung lot plan na yan...thanks sa comments...

Yes...may AO na yan, at may retoke din sa photoshop, di ko pa maperfect yung unwrapping, maybe next time nalang yun....thanks sa pag pasyal...kayo magagaling, saling-pusa lang ako dito..hehehe..

Salamat sir nomer...pinipilit mag improve pa, eto nga, may bago ulit akong niluluto, isa pa din sa mga long delayed personal works, habang gumagawa ng cad drawings ng bahay namin. thank you po ulit..
