design problem: A Beach Resort Hotel complex.HELP!!

anu bang magandang concept para sa design problem na 2? may naicp na ako kaya lng gusto ko malaman idea ng iba, ung bang unique?pls!!

syempre focus rin ako sa mga amenities na kailangan ng isang resort and hotel, pero gusto ko kc magkaroon ng unique design ung mga building. Kailangan kc dun maipakita ung pagi2ng filipino design so naisip ko parang bahay kubo ung design ng mga building. Indigenous materials kc dapat ang mga materials.

Some ideas lang that I wanted to share:

*Given na yung mga amenities ng isang resort, that won't be a problem. Simple lang naman yun, Enumerate ko lang ang basic from entrance going in.

3. Resto/Cafe/Coffeeshop
4. Rooms/Cabanas/Villas
5. Pool Area
6. Activity Areas/Playground/Hiking Terrain/Fishing/Diving etc
7. Conference Halls
8. Sports Facilities/Gym/Basketball etc
9. Admin
10. Housekeeping
11. Maintenance
12. Shops

Pro ang mas crucial dito is how do you maintain your resort, how do you make it eco-friendly. How do you treat your water, do you recycle them? Do you harvest solar power? How are your buildings positioned against the sun path or wind path or the terrain?

And the most crucial of all, how is you resort unique from everyone else?

Also, I'd like to stress this, Put a limitation on what ever you do, just do it enough such that you can finish it on time. Too much of something is not good. Just make it complete and be satisfied with you output for now. Good luck!

some idea gumawa ka ng exclusive building mo at gumawa ka din ng cottage sa mismung dagat na nakalutang siya,but u need to study lalo na ang bagyo sa atin is madami,mas priority kasi ng mga expats or nagtutour yung hindi pa nila nakita,at gusto din nila makapagrelax at ma enjoy ang bakasyon nila,like me,i hope makatulong ito.

Make a research on existing facilities and about modern sustainable architecture like yung mga breathing green walls and passive air cooling system kasi mas maganda na galing ang concept mo sa mismong space planning system/design. Try to innovate kesa sa nakagawian ng design kasi thesis is a research and your the one to educate the jury about possibilities in design hindi ikaw ang tuturuan. hehe! malay mo mag best in thesis ka.

anong meron sila at ano ang mai-ooffer mong bago. anong meron sila na gusto mong higitan. anong mga naging problema nila na gusto mong bigyan ng solusyon.
