Innovative small New York-based architecture firm seeks freelance architect with solid project management experience to work with principal on residential projects. Candidates must have a professional degree, 5+ years of experience in mid- and high-end residential work, fluency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (Rhino or 3D Studio Max), be legally authorized to work in the US, and be self-motivated. LEED certification, experience with commercial interior work, and ability to work with REVIT and InDesign software are all pluses.

Re: For US Base Filipino Architects
Are they looking for Architect or designer/draftsman?
On the description of the job, looks like they are looking for designer not an architect.
