for a ninja, he doesn't look too stealthy.. heavily armored pa. maganda ang design, astig.. pero maybe hindi sya mabebenta as ninja?

Maganda sana sya mula ulo hanggang bewang tanggalin mo na yung mga bakal-bakal ninjas doesn't rely on armors they are more on stealth & speed tanggalin mo yung sleeves or prang si Ninja Gaiden kaya man fitted prang yung kay Ninja Blade.
Pero ganda ng ulo nya bro perpect na ireference mo dito siguro yung cyborg ninja sa metal gear wait ko update nito sir.

Nice concept to begin with.
But there are several flaws when you connect the picture to the word "Ninja".
(I hope I don't sound mean)
1 - Lots of primitive shapes that seem to be just flat boxes that are glued together.
2 - The armor is too heavy to be considered a ninja. Also mentioned by RustRivet and WashBurn. He looks more like a front man to me. May be a modern police crusader.
3 - Focus more on organic lines, and muscle emphasis. You can model armor that shapes like a certain group of muscle.
4 - Research about "Kit-Bashing" it might help you with the mechanical parts.
5 - If I were to ask, I would re-concept and remodel the neck, hands, and from belt below. Also making him slim would help with the ninja concept.

Nice start! siguro mula bewang hanggang paa siguro,try to redesign or scale it down or sa view lang siguro kaya malaki tignan yung paa..keep posting!

wow salamat po sa mga nagreply.. patawag matagal akong di nag log-in d2 sa cgp(medyo nagshift lang po ng career pansamantala).. But now im back to 3d art.. and salamat po sa mga papuri at comments uulit ulitin ko po itong basahin at pag-aralan..

mechanical ninja nga eh so i assume hindi nalang physical strength ung gamit nya dito may halo nang mechanical, si ironman nga buong katawan mabigat ito legs lang hehehe, good job po sir nakaka entertain at nakaka inspire

Agree ako diyan sir. Pero kung may babaguhin man talaga sa design yung armor plates niya sa hita, hindi siya makakaupo at yuko niyan e. Yung design from the torso pataas nakakatuwa, parang naked Jehuty nang Z.O.E.

Ay, kaya naman pala e. Bukod sa mahirap at magulo talaga yung design, yung pelvis niya ay mechanical at napaka lapad. Similar sa design ni AEGIS (yung pelvis lang, hindi din siya sobrang lapad) sa Persona 3. Hanap ka nalang siguro nang ibang design sa next project mo, may mga design kasi talaga na mahirap talaga i-translate kahit sa 2d lang. Search mo itong mga idol ko dude:
Yoji Shinkawa- pasimuno nang cyborg ninja na walang mata.
Kazuma Kaneko- mga design niya varies from simple to detailed, cute to cool, eyecandy to grotesque. Talo pa ata niya ang pokemon sa dami nang designs niya na naaprubahan.

Great original concept. Kapag nakabisado mo yung hard surface sculpting tools ng ZBrush you'll be one of the best character modelers out there.
