Process: instead of using HDRI as environment on render setting/environment, i mapped the hdri (spherical map) to a sphere with vraylight material (intensity=2). That way i can rotate the bg easily and find the source of light faster. I place one vraylight(sphere with no decay checked) just beside the source of light from the HDRI and link my light to the sphere.

Image was render in expotential and 1.5 gamma. Bloom effects was achieved in photoshop.
