di ko maisip ang connection ng purlins,rafters sa roof...pati ung exterior ceiling neto,i think new knowledge ito for us.everything is posible but not all thing can be discover eka nga...

actually typical roof detail lang po. . cuztomize lang po angle bar and common na ginagamit na purlins. . actually 2 inches achievable na matitira sa edge pero still pinipilit namin gawing 1 inch lang

possible nmn tlga sir in terms of technical/structural aspects... in terms of design trend, any place you adopted this design from? or original concept po? kung original po, nice innovation to introduce in the industry.

Kamusta ,ok to..tanong ko lang inside gutter ba tirada neto? pero lalayo na masyado kung 1 inch pa ang dulo..pero sa akin lalagyan ko pa rin kasi pag malakas ang ulan parang shower yan at sisira ng kung anong tatamaan ng tubig sa baba...pero nice design tol and rendering..post lang ng post,kamusta na lang diyan OT kelan ka pa umuwi ng Pinas

ah ok... got it sir. info lang, dito din ksi sa Singapore, they have a new ordinance that doesn't allow/restricts designers in using gutters (due to dengue virus, they believe na namamahay mga lamok sa mga gutters, which is very true), but they have a very good drainage system here and to note that they consistently use drainages with grating covers under these roof edges na walang gutter, which I think is applicable in your design sir. baka lang magamit nyo ang info...

nice concept bro... so you're using inside gutter.... actually madami na gumagawa nitong concept specially sa mga roofing tile materials. Depende na lang sa klase ng roofing material. Ang nagiging problema lang kasi yong eaves ng roof pag di tumutugma sa concept ang material na ginamit. Naalala ko sa mga previous office ko, gumamit kami dati nito ng "gerard" roofing brand (diko sure kung availlable pa ito ngayon sa market dyan sa pinas). Of course, madami na roofing material ngayon n mas tutugma sa concept na to.

I guess sa detailing (im not sure kung parehas din gawa nyo)... from the roof eaves, at least 3-4 rows ng roof tile...then the inside gutter. Actually di ganon kalakas ang flow ng rain water kasi may inside gutter sya. Ang free flow lang ay ang portion na 3-4 rows ng roof tile sa dulo.

May mga gumagawa din naman nito na talagang walang gutter. Yon nga lang pag malaki ang area ng roof... malakas ang flow ng rain water sa eaves..

THE MOST IMPORTANT HERE IS THE TREATMENT ON THE ROOF EAVES... (to achieve yong pinaka manipis)...
