ideas and techniques in planning a hospitals??

hi mga CGmasters ! papatulong sana ako sa inyo to have an idea in planning a hospital.., hingi lng sana ako konting idea and techniques! bali our plate is a 25bedroom hospital and i haved researched all the planning considerations based on BP 344 and from the DOH.konting location n lng ung mga problema ko and ptulong din sana sa tamang location ng morgue.. hope sana mtulungan nyo ako khit papano. lahat ng answer nyo ay mgiging malaking 2lng to solve my problem! salamat CGP !

naka gawa na kami noon nito sa skul e...
1. location ng morgue - sa basement usually yan nilalagay. para di sya gaano puntahin ng tao.
2. tpos yung out-patient saka yung in-patient dapat hiwalay ng location kung pwede para hindi maghalo sila in-terms of priority issue.

importante sa morgue ung pag transfer ng cadaver, dapat hindi nakikita ng mga tao. pwede ka gumawa ng separate room outside, provided my service entrance/exit ka going there.

Add ko isa dapat i-reconsider ang sanitary layout ng morgue for clean/hygiene purposes.madami ang septic tank nila and disposing method.

dont forget to apply BP 344..

i will make it like a resort... para hindi mo feel na nasa hospital ka...

tama si ser nomer.....yung mga hospital ngayon nababansagan hos-tel (hospetal-hotel) and concept, mukhang hotel na tlga ang hitsura. actually na apply na ito ilan sa mga mayayaman na hospital sa metro manila...suggestion ko lang gawin mong mukhang bahay or luxury house or any special house para hindi pa-feel ng pasyente na mamamatay na sya...wahehe....

hmmm.... s pagkakaalam ko... ung morgue dapt may access s in-patient then my access din s labas... parang meron syang loading dock for the cadavers... na nde rin naka expose s mga tao.... hope it helps

morgue??/hmmbasta hindi siya expose sa mga ward,,,usually nga nasa basement or kung walang basement,,nasa backdoor area na adjacent sa street para sa mabilisang pag labas ng patay,,at least may short drive way rin para sa sasakyan ng mag dadala sa funeral parlor,,,yun nalang ang abot ng aking nalalaman

anader bro.. apply also the National Building Code minimum requirements for hospitals like parking lots, rooms, width of hallway, etc.. Buy Latest NBC for reference...

consider first before planning is what type of hospital is this bro.service catered,consider hierarchy of space,public-semi private-private this is the basic pattern in planning commonly used to all establishment.

bro lahat ng mga suggestions dito makakatulong...you also have to go for a research....para maintindhan mo lahat ng mga importanteng areas sa pag design ng hospital......sama ko na rin dito ang traffic flow napaka importante nyan....anong type financially ( for-profit or non-profit ). merong general and specialized hospitals....community hospitals etc...

sir try mo unahin ung plano sa taas... (wards, private rooms, etc..)

tapus ung admin sa baba at lahat ng public spaces (emergency, philhealth, offices... etc..) kahit huli nalang kasi di naman maselan ung access dun eh... maliban sa emergency at morgue

mourge - preferably sa likod malayo sa canteen at laundry pero my access sa driveway
emergency - malapit sa daan

natural lighting at vent din dapat para hindi nasasakal ang pasyente sa loob ng qwarto.... mas maganda nakikita nya ung nasa labas...imho

dapat din medyo pantay ung mga toilet sa ground at sa upperfloors para tipid at hindi complex ang layout

ung location/access ng icu malapit sa emergency...

sir kung high rise ung hospital mo dapat mas ok kng nsa basement ung morgue at dapat may sariling service elevator cia pra ndi cia naexpose sa public...
kung ndi nman cia high rise mas ok ung nsa outside ng structure ung morgue...
dapat ung fire exit mo minimum 10mts from the main stair...yan ang sbi sken ng adviser ko nung ngthesis ako, hospital din ksi ung thesis ko...

Ang ginawa ko sa hospital ko "Mall Type" cia pero ung ambiance nia sa lbas hospital pa din...bka kc ndi puntahan ng mga patient ung hospital mo kung more on mall ang ambiance mo...100 bed private hospital ung sken...

Dapat sir mkita cia as a landmark sa location ng pagtatayuan mo...

pahabol sir dapat ung kitchen, linen and laundry meron din silang service elevator...
kailangan maganda din ung location ng mga utilities mo, ksi yan din ang maraming tanong sau...dyan ksi ako tinira ng mga juror ko...Goodluk sir...
