I think Autocad 2010 na ito. Ang alam ko may mental ray na sa Bagong version ng CAD. This kind of render was something that was not even possible in early versions of CAD.

k naman render, just add bump map sa garage floor.. comment ko lang sa truss (entry), kung may top chord yung truss at purlin, mas mataas p dapat yung roof...
