Questions regarding Vray installion

Sir patulong nmn po.. ayaw po gumana nung mga vray plug-ins s 3dmax 2009.. Vray Demo 1.5 sp2 po.. windows vista.. Di po lumalabas ung v-ray camera, vray sun, 2-sided materials, etc. Usually po b n pinapa-downgrade ung windows pra mas compatible s 3d max? i tried to uninstall both Vray & 3dmax several times pero ganun pa rin po.. prang hindi ata ng-uuninstall kc d n po humihingi ng activation keys.. ngdownload & ng-run po ako nung windows installer clean-up utility pero wa-epek pa rin po... kya, i thought, my dapat lng i-set pra mg-activate ung v-ray plug-ins.. help nmn po, plsssss...
