Re: photo DSLR focused shot in photoshop
err... hindi pantay un pagka FEATHER mo .. mukha tuloy glow ..
thanks for sharing
pero tingin ko .. mas madali ...
na after i blurr ang duplicate image.. u can hide that layer..
work on the original layer, MAGIC WAND or para mas crisp use the PEN TOOL (PATHS).
use it on the areas you want to FOCUS.. then pag na select nyo na..
go to PATH, click the layer then press CTRL .. (ALT CTRL D or SELECT-FEATHER = 1) para hindi mukhang ni-chop ..
CTRL J .. then put this layer on TOP of both layers..
unhide the blurred layer

for me....
1. duplicate nyo yung image (ctrl-j)
2. apply filter>>>blur>>>gaussian blur
3. using erase tool>erase nyo yung area na dapat hindi blurred....
thats it......

using mask is better than eraisng bro. kasi sa mask you can always paint back yung white. kapag nagerase ka hinid mo na marerestore yung areas na naerase mo.. ika nga back to zero ka kung lumampas ka (E.g. erase mo accidentally yung areas na dapat pala ay may blur)... with mask you can do restore them.
Re: photo DSLR focused shot in photoshop
1. duplicate nyo yung image (ctrl-j)
2. apply filter>>>blur>>>gaussian blur.. or the best is lens blur
3. adjust opacity sa top layer (yung may gaussian blur or lens blur)
4. apply mask...use soft brush and paint black to those areas in which you dnt want the effect of the lens blur..(kung accidentally mo na paing ng black yung dapat may blur effect just repaint those areas with white).
by the way this is what they called DOF sa photography (depth of field) kahit hinid DSLR camera nagagawa na to.

Re: photo DSLR focused shot in photoshop
better mag pen tool ka muna...saka mo apply ng blur pen tool mas okey sya compare sa magic wand....mas control mo yung slection na gagawin mo.

Re: photo DSLR focused shot in photoshop
hehehe... tama ka jan mare... anuba pagaralan mo nga yung mask.. kaya nga hindi nilagay sa photoshop elements dahil isa sa mga powerful feature ng photoshop. by the way pen tool is really the best you can always edit your path... kasi sa lasso tool or any selection tool fix na sya pero sa pen tool talaga pwede mo maedit. and beside vetor sya ha... hindi nga lang vector wood.KettleRenderer wrote:i dun know how to use MASK .. kaya i can proudle say.. almost perfect ko na ang pag PEN TOOL
