3D Cad from the Basics

Hi fellow cgp peeps!
Mga master hingi lang po sana ako ng tulong regarding 3d cad....im beginning to learn 3d cad from the basics and up kaso im having a hard time looking for site having tutorials for 3d cad..especially yung basic tutorials....
Kung pwede po sana makahingi ng tips on where to find basic 3d tutorials....it would be a great help for starters like me in the field of 3d modeling..

thanks sir... im just a beginner palang kasi with 3d cad and im having a hard time following the lessons in the help line.

yes sir...actually lagi kong vinivisit yung section na yun kasi nauupdate ng mga cool commands...
Kaso sir its more on 2d cad lang kasi kaya im asking tips on 3d cad...sana sir naspilt yung 2d at 3d cad section......

can you be more specific bro ishae? ano bang gusto mong magawang 3d sa autocad? pwede bang magshare ka ng certain object photo reference? that way kasi mas madaling magturo. magandang foundation ang marunong kang mag3d sa cad.

architecture student po kasi ko kaya requirement na we should learn both 2d and 3d cad because its in our curriculum and part of the course we are untertaking......
nasa 2d cad kami ngayung sem and i think its time for me to learn 3d cad..
Sir i would like to learn 3d cad from the most basic concepts and up....... and eventually learning how to render using autocadd..

thank you so much sir jarul...thats exactly what im trying to look for...ok na rin kahit wording with illustrations yung tutorials.....

try mo ito dude.......

try to learn how to control your UCS(search mo yan kung ala ka pang idea), important yan sa 3d cad. kase dyan ka maglalaro nang kung anu anong angles and view. then yng command na extrude. dyan bubuhayin yung plan mo.....hindi pa ito specific ng pag 3d, part palang ito pero dapat mo malaman yan mga bagay na yan....

aling part ng help file ng autocad ung hindi mo magets bro? gaya ng sabi ko... mas mabuti bro ung magbigay ka ng object/picture reference then itanong mo kung paano ung approach ng cad modeling... maraming command kasi sa autocad with respect to 3d modeling kaya dapat at malaman mo kung kelan ung tamang paggamit ng certain tools... that way mas magagamay mo ang modeling. ano ba ang gusto mong matutunan? extrusion ng wall? gumawa ng furniture?

naglalaro lang naman ang modeling ng cad sa extrude, subract, union. extrude face saka extrude via follow path... then you can use chamfer, fillet on edges din... you can use shell din like max do... edgesurf, rulesurf, mesh, at marami pang iba.

sir i want to learn if possible everything about autocad especially sa 3d.....my purpose for this thread is to seek some advices and tutorials. Naghahanap po kasi ko ng sites which will teach autocad 3d for free..just like what sir jarul posted earlier.....
That site given by sir jarul is refering to how to go about in 3d cad step by step...although its in wordings and images maganda sya para matutong mag3d cad.
Sir kasi kung minsan kahit binabasa mo na yung explanations ng mga commands sa cad using the help line eh nahihirapan ka iexecute,,mas madali yung me video ka na sinusundan para madali kang makaget along,,,so im trying to look for a site which could teach 3d cad preferably having video tutorials.

well, all i can do is explain it to you by wordings and images din. find some videos first then kung wala na e pwede kang mag-pm kung pwede na ung hindi video tutorial

Hi Im new here, like add some comments at tutorial sana dito. at learn also new trick regarding cad 3d and 3d rendering,, but first teach You muna me kung papano mag upload ng photo.. mahirap kasi magturo kung di mo nakikita yung photo right, i already try to pick host an image at image pero wala ata nalabas eh,, something wrong siguro sa ginagawa ko

sir suggestion ko ang,, dont focus on 3d autocad, try another software, like revit, adt, abs, para mas madali ka makapag 3D, at mas powerful sya sa CAD.

How tp PM sir bokkins? need ko ata pumunta sa ibang thread ah

yah sir....i know sketch up and im planning to learn revit and max as well......
Requirement lang kasi sa amin na alam namin mag3d cad kasi kasama sa curriculum namin sa school kya ko pinagaaralan ng mabuti.

Sir hanap nalng kayu ng thread na post nya.....yung mothly photgraphy challenge at at yun interior courtyard yung latest post nya...then pag nasa thread ka na nya click mo yung PM under sa avatar(picture) nya then type in your inquiry...

tama un... the best way to perform autocad 3d modeling is to master the rotations and uses of UCS... pag gamay na gamay mo na ang ucs madaling madali nalang ung 3d modeling nyan...

bago lang din ako d2.. nakita ko kc na ang gagaling mag render ng mga kapinoyan d2... kaya i think d2 masarap 2mambay,...

autocad 3d modeling + rendering = magandang resulta...
