Myself and a colleague find ourselves in a position where we can extend and give an opportunity to help unknown artists get paid to do what they love and potentially get some exposure and work for large along the way.

We are based in London, United Kingdom and between us have a lot of big contacts looking for websites and corporate branding to be designed (mainly people being in the media & entertainments industry). Pulling on these links we would like to offer them a service and are putting together a team of coders and designers to help meet the demand.

We are just starting and establishing ourselves and would like you to jump on board as it is starting. We strongly believe that with the right people working with us we can achieve big things. We would ask you to start off at an introductory rate for the first two months and thereafter as we get money coming in from the clients we would be able to raise wages and share some of the success with yourselves. It is the perfect opportunity to get in at the start of something big and the reward for doing so will be great.

Also as an added thing we will be visiting everyone that works with us and will be taking them and their families out for a day to say a huge thank you for all their work. I also want to use part of the money that we receive to put towards re-building damaged buildings and giving people a better standard of living after being struck by typhoons in Asia. I believe in helping each other out in order to achieve a greater success in life!

The salary starts from 3500 php (part time) and 7500 php (full time), we will decide on a fair price depending on your skills and your quality of work. Location wise we would want you to work from home (with Internet access), we are looking into providing offices but this is once we are fully established.

Fair price is actually decided upon by a base rate ala MINIMUM DAILY WAGE ALLOWANCE provided for by the beauracracy. You don't really need to follow it - you can give more than that.

With all honesty - a regular creative work at about $150 dollars a month in Manila or even in nearby provinces won't cut in. If you'd need to maintain a work from home environment, electricty, software, internet, etc - the starting rate simply won't fit.

You'd have to start your business with costs a bit more higher than that. By doing so, you can give your people a better standard of living and the promise of the opportunity to shine.

Perhaps it is just the lack of information about life in the Philippines, so if you would like to do business in that country and have loyal and happy employees - shoot questions and I'll help you get more realistic infos to help you out in your venture.

Ive just come across your comment and I might have to point out that you might have actually have mis-read that post.. I do appreciate where your coming from and I do honestly agree with you. Please let me re-phrase to you what i have stated "we will decide on a fair price depending on your skills and your quality of work" This means that the price does not have to be at a basic rate it can be much higher depending on the work your doing. Now trainees for instance might not even have an opportunity and want to do something that would help them with their future career for portfolio so the basic rate might set in place for them nicely.

I do appreciate your help there and believe me i'l be happy to shoot some questions to you. I do also work with alot of filipinos and they do tell me what life is like, which is why im going over to visit the country.

The fact that Neil has posted this advert is giving a strong statement that he can trust us. I have also spoken to him in detail and has been very supportive with us , especially as a guy who also lives in the Philippines himself.

I am a freelance comic illustrator/storyboard artist... been doing freelancing with clients from US and UK since 2004, try ko n din apply. from what I understand, animations are in need of storyboard artist and concept artists, pls correct me if I'm wrong or if I am not getting the point here...

Buti nalang sir V! kinilaro mo yung statement nya! pero kasi kung yun a figure na offer ni puti! defenitely it is not enough! lalo na sa mga 3D artist evendoe its homebasis freelance work! atleast makakuha ka ng good percentage! ng scope of works! defenitly mass malaki ang makukuha nila! after the pay off!
