model in Autocad+3dsmax+vray+Ps...rendering time almost 8 mins... the design was approved by the owner lalo n ung kulay. Printing Press po ung pinakababa nyan. ung main door, dyan po start ng second floor.. may reason po kung bakit di pinakita ung baba, ung printing press: permit purposes... 4 hours ko po xa ginawa...c&c n lng po. under construction n po yan sa may las piñas.
