townhouse comparison

masters i need your help on this....
comments & suggestions are badly needed......
as just as the subdivision developer/client want to knw.....in the others point of view
- the model in the right is the existing model-townhouse..and they already have 16 units of this exiting
- and they are planning to build new units with new floor plan and elevation--but with the same concept with the old one.. the same roof,gutter,moldings & gutter
- the client just want to see kung hindi pangit tingnan( to others point of view) to be build the new one nxt to the old units
- kaya pacencya na kung medyo tahimik ang schene at walang abobots kac the client want to see the building it self, kac baka ma overlap daw ang view f i put something to it.....
-pacencya na sa border background WIDE kac image....
SU parin +ps bg
front view: i just add cars to emphasize the carport

Sa akin ayos na to bro parang hindi naman magkakalayo yung ginawa mo doon sa existing model. try mo nalang e update sa max.

hi sir neilh.,., ok naman po.,., left side mas ok para sakin.,.,komment ko lang sa glass window mo konting ajaz pa en closer view sana para makita mga detail sir.,., but overall

bright lang ang image, adjust mo ang brightness bro. saka isa ko pang nanotice is yung background mo or borders, inaagaw nya ang attention sa sky kasi same colors sila, mas ok pag wala na ung. ung nakalagay sa top at bottom ng bawat images. on the other hand, modeling and composition is very good!
also, maganda ang new scheme mo, nagmatch sya sa old one, at nagcompliment pa. ok na ok bro. good luck bro and keep it up!
