Hi everyone..Just want to share my workstations sa office.After weeks of waiting and follow ups with Dell we finally got our new rigs. Thanks for our IT team for helping me with this one.This is part of our mid year upgrade.Finally a decent rig for the team.

My Workplace


And here is our server.Exclusively for 3D team.This is where we store our 3D libraries and back ups of finished projects. This also serves as our automatic backup drives and restoration in case everything crash down unexpectedly. It automatically saves our 3D computers every 15 minutes without interruption or slowing down the system. Again the system is from Dell.

@mokong-sorry sir pero wala kse akong idea kung magkano talga ang inabot.Dell is our corporate partner.Naging part kse sila ng iso certification namin kaya all our offices used Dell computers. Accounts namin ang nakikideal sa kanila when it comes to pricing. Recommendations lang po ang sa kin.Anyway thanks!

@crayzard-thanks sir.Pampered ba?hahaha.!Actually kinda scary,syempre they expect more and faster.hehehe.Ganun tlaga.At least we are now getting a decent 84 buckets all in all sa DR namin.Quite handy sa fast phasing na projects and i hope soon ma push na din namin animation namin.I feel kse na hindi pa kami ready,need to study more.About 16 cores,i guess 8 true cores lang po ata yan.hyper threading lang yung other 8 cpus. Pero oks na din. Malaki talaga ang difference compared sa old systems namin. But i really love the vid card. Talgang ang sarap mag work,really smooth sa viewport.Wala kahit na konting lag. Before sa 570 nmin at 10 turbosmooth sa box with 4x4x4 segments hang na ngayon kahit na 15ts smooth pa din sa pag rotate and pan solid plus wires.So far the best pc na nahandle ko.But need more test pa sa ibang aspect.Thanks sir!

hindi din ako marunong ng animation.... ung mga kasama ko dito.. pero d din maganda ung pagkakagawa.. sa totoo lng.... heheheh..

gamit nmin dito....Dell Precision T5400.. d ko lng sure ung specs... ok naman so far.. hindi n kmi nagrerequest ng mas mabilis pa... kc wla n kmi magiging reason kung bakit matagal ang rendering... hehehehe.. kya ikaw lagot ka... hehehe..

pero s totoo ganda ng rig mo sir!!

Have you maximixed your 24g ram? I use 12g on my new boxx, I wanted to upgrade to 24g but not sure if its worth it

sorry for the late reply, fan sa motherboard? you mean yung nakakabit sa hardisk cage ko, nilagay ko lang yun using zip ties, para magpush ng air pa punta sa graphic card ko.. yung sa top exhaust ng case kasama na talaga yun sa package... isa lang gripe ko sa sniper, lakas kumain ng alikabok napos stuck na dun sa front intake, mahirap kasi detached yun front panel, kaya hassle saka nakakatamad, pero sa built and interior, ftw pa din sniper.

btw. wala na yung cpu ko na yan, time to build another one

@Sir Hotrod-Thanks sir.No, i havent tried more than 4GB sir dito sa office kse nga 4GB lang yung mga lumang system namin but at home im using 12GB ram and na try ko na din na umabot upto 7GB.Its supposed to have 12GB lang,and since sa office nman namin,so i pushed the specs up to 24.Just in case lang sir na magkaroon kami ng malaking scene then at least ready yung mga system. Im not really sure sir kung ano po yung mga ginagawa nyo,but as i learned from sir Tamin dun sa latest replies nya about 64bits i guess 12GB is enough kahit na animation pa.But then again depende po sa gagawin nyo.

@Dpyxl and F41-hahaha.oo nga mga bro.Dagdag pressure.Actually hindi ko namn ni request to,sila lang talga ang may idea to upgrade.Regular kse talga yan sa buong company.Lagi ko nmn sinasabi na wala talga sa computer system ang problema, nsa design workflow talga.E gusto nila yan e di cge.hehehe.Sila nmn ang gagastos e.hehehe.Im just hoping lang na wala din silang alibi if we ask for something more naman for ourselves.hehehehehehe..
