Atrium house with pool

Mga sir... share ko lang etong project proposal namin with jefferson01... this is the first option of our proposal... the floorplan and the facade are design by me....! second option of the floorplan is on going pa po.. still planning....! mejo approve n po ang facade s norweigan owner.... still need to submit the second option the floorplan for review....!
pagpasensyahan nio n po ung mga sablay s rendering... such as color bleeding...! bahala na po kau mga sir.... comments and suggestions are very welcome...!

Yung elevation shots mukhang kelangan i-tweak ang lighting, oeverall it's good!

draft pa lang sir... just for presentation purposes... para mavisualize lang ng client... kaya binawasan ko mga displacement para mabilis lang irender...! siguro after ng second option post ko uli dito...! thanks sir ha.... normal settings lang yan sir...!
