Need Help in techniques in Curtain Wall texturing

Im doing some Concept Visualization with this guy, using sketchup and 3ds for rendering, kaso i need some advise for quick texturing using the model. what do you guys usually do. make all floors or texturing them. I just need a quick and nice render.
Just to look like its realistic.
I tried the curtain wall plugins but i need to make faces.Model is from sketchup to max, tessalate ba yung command dun...sory still months new to 3ds pa din hehe..nag crash program palagi sa dami cguro ng wallcurtain..

heres the rough visuals..wala pa abubots/entourage.
