*Lighting distribution & rendering wise, i prefer the first image...

*Design preference mas gusto ko ang number 2

Can you try posting again an image for the second option with lighting distribution of the first one? tingin ko pre mas ok un eh! or try to edit na lang ung cove sa ceiling (parang nasira) at konting-konting brightness lang sa buong image at medyu sharp din ung casting ng shadow ng lamp sa wall e plus material mapping na rin ng doors.

Yun lang po.

Goodluck! thumbsup

SIR MAS OK YUNG 1ST IMAGE ANG I-PRESENT MO, OK YUNG DESIGN. KUNG PWEDE SIR I-DETALYE MO YUNG DOORS AT SAKA EMPAHASIZED YUNG MATERIALS. CEILING OK NA PO PARA SA AKIN. DOORS NALANG PO.

RENDERING OK NA PO.

wow ayos nanaman ito kuya alex hehehe...
sa lighting mas presentable ang 1st image sir...
sa 2nd image hinahanap ko ang light from the ceiling light bakit may shadow sya sa wall magkabilaan pa sir....but the design of 2nd image is much impressive for the location w/c is in doha!!.
IMHO sir...di ko nagustuhan ang textures at mapping ng door at ng chair...medjo sharp edge pa po....ingat nlang jan sir...post lang ng post

i'd rather choose the second option just improve the lighting & material mapping on doors & chairs.

If i were you
di ko na muna papakita ung option A, they might give impression or judgment agad. i would really suggest na l-lmprove mo na lang muna yung 2nd kasi mas mukhang pinag-isipan ang design nun.

wag ka tamarin pre na porket medyo maayus rendering mo dun sa unang image e stick kana dun. it's better to impress the client first. consider also combining the 2 options kung makakaya mo pa based on the suggestions given earlier by cgp's.
