gawa ka ng bago sir...dati kasi i use IT Center of the Phils,thesis...ung bago na di alam ng jury,at para mas exciting gawin...madami ka pa dyang maiisip...tama ka dapat unique at kung maari eh interest mo,pero dapat iconsider mo din mga bagay bagay pagpili ng thesis...una ung gusto mo,sunod ung kaya mo,huli na ung unique...baka naman unique nga di mo naman gusto o di mo kaya,ibuhos mo na lahat ng kaya mo sa thesis dahil once lang yan mangyayari... hope makatulong itong idea ko...

tip: mahirap makahanap ng perfect 1 time proposal, kaya dapat maging wide reader ka or madami kang options na topic.

tama silang lahat sir,,,why not try to put something mixed???pedeng multi used building na pwede maging interest for investments,,,commecial residential,,,office residential?,,,health and commercial,,,its up to you then project your ideas what will be the outcome for the next 5-10 years,,,sabi ng ng isang magaling na arkitecto,,,always think of something "BIG",,,
