Reading the information you put in, I will only comment on the rendering.

I see some light leaks, although just very minor.
Some splotches on the garage ceiling.
The rest is all good. Very nice and clean image. TFS....

ang ganda nito mam, siguro yung lighting ng BG mo di lang match sa scene mo pero maliit na bagay lang po...pero lahat ganda po texture,lighting,composition,glass,and landscpe...........parang ganito
