nice render at design bro!! ladder ba yun sir sa right side or design lang? oks din dual purpose medyo mahirap lang gawing fire exit ladder kasi pa curve hehe...eniways aprub!!

ang galing bro palagay ko sanmig ang nagpaganda dito hehehe
imho medyo magkakaproblema lang tayo sa signage ng building bro kasi mataas masyado ung placement and close to the color ng building ang kulay... other reason din ay matatakpan sya ng canopy kaya hindi na makikita ng customers which is baka makaapekto sa marketing. suggestion ko pwedeng extend ung parapet up to canopy line para exposed na exposed ung name ng building. or kung talagang ganyan ang design e gumawa na lang ng vertical signage sa left corner ng lot malapit sa road and dun ilagay ung branding... not sure din sa red post... hope makatulong bro...
