sir eduardo ,sa line (L) lng po or polyline (PL), either of that sir...
just type the command and follow these steps:
@(length)<bearing, taz enter..continue lng po hanggang matpos sir...
e.g. @4<50d30'w
but before that check your unit settings: sa units taz dun sa angle type, lagay m sa surveyor's units.. ung lng po sir...

Plotting a lot title description made easy....
here's a simple tut for you guys... plotting a lot title description made easy... this one is for millimeters in autocad.. if u wish to make it meters just delete the 1000 on the formula.. pm me if u want a copy of the excel file or u can make yours... enjoy!!!

mas maganda pag sa excel ka mag input ng lot description kasi kung sa cad ka if u have so many corners or points like for example 100 points mahihirapan ka sa pag input... eh sa excel kung may namali ka mas madali ang mag edit..

Great tutorial sir mokong..akala ko sa mga titleblock data lang applicable ang paggawa ng excel file na linked sa CAD, yun kasi gamit namin sa titleblocks via .csv naman yun.
