Model in CAD by me, render in 3dmax+vray by my officemate...then PS for Post production...

have you tried sketchup. there is one pluggin for sketchup saop skin bubble ang daling gumawa ng tent.

you can download sketcthup at www.googlesketchup.com . you can use the PRo for 8 hours, pero kapag natapos na yung 8 hours magiging free version nalang sya. you cant export file in the other format like 3ds and autocad.

yun naman soap and bubble ay dito. http://www.tensile-structures.de/sb_software.html. after dowloading the file ilagay mo lang yung extracted file sa my computer/programs/google sketchup/plugin folder

Model by you.. Have you tried rendering by you rin ito.. Either in Su or Max. Try mo rin benefit din ito sa iyo.. Well design is good.. Like the balloon effect.. Keep it up sir..
