bale ang teknik po sir is yung hi-res na b.g re-po sa glow effect sa post
production po yun..
1. open the raw image to p.s then duplicate the layer.
2.for the 2nd layer,go to filter/blur/gaussian blur-make the radius to 2.6.
3.then make the 2nd layer to LIGHTEN.
4.next merge the layers by pressing cntrl/shift E.
5.and adjust the color balance,or levels to blend the scene.
thats it! may glow effect kna..thanks and hope it helps..
