this is very small 4m x 5m living dining and kitchen kaya medyo siksikan na sila.

ganda ng layout... pinakamahirap at more challenging ang maliit na spaces pero nagawa mo bro astig kunting suggestion lang...

1. replace the single sofa to ottoman to create more space psychologicaly... kasi for now nagiging harang ung single sofa e. and
2. what is the purpose of that corner sa t&b mo bro? un bang nasa left side ng door mo is shower head or urinal? i assumed it is a shower head... i think may mas maganda pang layout ung bathroom fixture bro... para hindi na kelangan pang maglagay ng additional "T" sa plumbing ihelera mo na lang ung tatlo or make sure na isang daanan lang sa plumbing...
3. i agree with them... the shadows are too much.
4. there is something wrong with your stair handrail.
5. about sa dining chair, i am a bit worried dun sa uupo sa side na malapit sa stair bottom mukhang hindi uubra.
6. no windows? how about the circulation of air?

considering the maliit lang ung space and match it with the choice of furniture at saka stair construction parang hindi yata papasok sa budget bro a... hope makatulong...

indeed i could see a lot of improvement from you kahit rush pa.. tuloy mo bro.
