Bayanihan Lounge- Ang main Core ng tsismisan

The long lost ritual of the bahay kubo - the social interactions of the people
so since the modular house was designed to cater the basic needs, this area was the catalyst to preserve the social interactions between people.







BASIC PODS FOR THE CUBOLAR :























Heres my concept of the Bahay Kubo in the Future.

After a while i was thinking of the spacelab dati yung space station where all the pods were constructing one by one.
parang lego all the utilities on the beams etc..

Heres the Wip.

Added some Solar Panels sa Roof para sa power.

And Wind Turbines para sa Added power na rin at water storing..

what shall i say.. im greatly impress. actually by looking on your concept this could be realy built.. hanap na natin ng sponsor. kaunti kaunti pa yan pwede ng ipropose sa gobyerno... i boto si ortzak as minister of housing

magandang concept to dre to think na pwedeng magdagdag bawas sa mga pyesa... you have my vote dre kung magagawan mo ng concept or brief background kung paano eto assemble para sa kapakanan ng mga magbubukid talaga... and kung anong schemes ang proposal para makabili rin sila... i believed kasi na napakalapit ng year 2050 para maphase-out ang mga original na bahay-kubo. kaya when that year comes very dominating pa rin ang farmers population sa ating bansa. the design is great pero kaya bang e-afford din ng mga farmers to?
