Reformat Expert

Mga sirs/mams ask ko lang kasi may problema ako dito sa bago kung bili na laptop kasi una nag install ako Max8 pero gusto ko na siya palitan ng Max2009 pero nag error siya Loading DLL daw...isang solution dito sabi ng friend ko is to reformat your Laptop pero sabi nung pinag bilhan ko mawawala daw ang warranty kung ere format...Ask ko lang kung another solution ba kung i delete ko ang lahat ng file ko at alisin ko lahat ng program parang reformat na rin ba yun? Please lang baka alam niyo po.

i doubt kung mawawala ang warranty mo!!! nde mo naman binuksan ang laptop eh!

and ung dll issue, may mga installer na galing kay jack sparrow na ganyan, na manipulate na kc nila jack sparrow yan eh!!! kaya some of the dlls are missing!!! (if its thats the case that if u wer using software from jack)

i suggest na run mo na lang ung recovery disk kung mag fo-format ka!!! (usually all new laptops have recovery disk or u can create one)

and dun naman sa tanong mo na ide-delete mo! ang mangyayari jan ay kung may madelete ka na software or drivers, u will most likely to end up with blue screen error!!!! (not a good idea)

there are three reasons why that particular error comes up:

1. Max is looking for a that dll when it starts and it couldn't find it in the default directories

2. Max is trying to load a plugin dll that is not compatible with the Max version you have

3. There is already a similar plugin loaded

This is a problem with your max installation, this has got nothing to do with your laptop.

Yun nga sabi ko eh di ko naman bubuksan ang laptop bakit mawawala ang warranty...Tama ka sir meron nga recovery file dun pero ask ko lang dapat ba yun i copy to another CD or kahit i format ko siya di mawawala yung recovery disk? Sensya na naninigurado lang po...Thanks bro hah

look for sp2 of max2008... goodluck

ganyan din po akin....dll. std plugins di po b....pg open ng max hanap cya dll...pro max 9 un sa akin....install po keo ng iba....pro max 2009 p rin.....wag un nkuha nyo.....

You did not post a screeen capture of the particular error so I wouldn't know what to suggest.

If all fails, try uninstalling max, delete max2009 root directory and then reinstall it. If the same error comes up again, make a screen capture of the error and post it.

bro hindi mo nabanggit kung nauninstall mo ba muna ung max8 mo before ka install ng max2009... if that's the case and still max2009 is looking for a particular dll i suggest you take note of it and browse the installer cd then copy it in max2009 folder created in program files... kung hindi pa rin gumana... try installing again your max8 and install max2009 then if it works... uninstall max8. hope it works. kung hindi pa rin gumana... go to msconfig > userhotkeys > then remove all entries with 3dsmax word on it... > reboot

It's a good thing we have forum sites like these otherwise we'll always end up searching in the dark and just wander. Kaya ko rin nasabi yan kasi nangyari na rin sakin yan. There are times that installing a max can be pesky, feeling tuloy natin pa chamba chamba lang pag successful. Here's my advise, whatever .dll your max is looking for i-search mo lang sa google then voila! download it and paste it to whatever folder it needs to be in. Hope that helps bro....
