Magandang araw/gabi uit mga Sirss/Mams..

Tanong ko lang kung meron na sa inyo gumagawa ng VR (Virtual Reality), like this:

http://www.singaporevr.com/vrs/ArmenianChurch/ArmenianChurchInside.html

MORE HERE:
http://www.singaporevr.com/list/list.html

I already have the equipment necessary to capture the VR images in near-spherical form (eg. precision spherical pano head, EOS5D MkII, 17-40L lens, tripod, etc..).

What I need to know, is which softeware would you use in stitching the images together, and more importantly, the tool to run the VR on the web. I have a few choices in mind, but any tips, suggestions and recommendations from those who have done it are most welcome po.

Maraming Salamat.

Santi

maraming salamat.

BTW, if you haven't already know it, the VR tool is also a very valuable tool for our Bros/Sis who are into Architectural 3D work.

The same concept works on your 3D scenes (eg. building interiors). Just render a few scenes to cover the lateral 360-degree view, and probably making two rows to cover the lower/mid/upper parts of the interior. You just need to take care of the "parallax" thingy to make stitching easier, and that means moving your camera around just slightly off fromthe previous shot..... a bit of trial and error is involved .
Your clients should enjoy viewing the 3D concept more when in VR mode Wink

meron automatic VR sa studio max.

I also tried a software before that uses java. sya na ang ngstich ng panorama ko. I took the panorama using a digital camera(panning from left to right, several shots)

I think ang magiging process:
1. create a panorama(cylindrical, cube, etc)
2. stitch together
3. input into a software (flash, quicktime or any java)
4. upload sa web. flash yata ang pinaka-ok kasi most of the browsers are flash ready.

Hindi ko lang kabisado kung anong software talaga ang ginagamit. I'll try to add pag nahanap ko ulit. Good luck! btw, Maganda ang equipment mo. Perfect na perfect yan. 2thumbsup

sir bokkins sana makatulong to.

pwede to sa 3dsmax quicktime player lang kelangan di na kelangan ng mga vr tools.

3dsmax will render 6 cameras - up down bacl front right left at top pag ka render ng mga views automatic stitch ng max since max 5 meron na nito.

Thanks for sharing bro. thumbsup

Mga ser, maraming salamat sa mga feedbacks at tips ninyo... very much appreciated.

Although medyo matagal-tagal na rin ako sa photography, this will be my first attempt in VR pano for the web tongue
I also didn't realize na automatic na rin pala sa 3DS Max ito 2thumbsup I'll experiment more in Max when I have the time.

Cheers.
