2-storey Residential - Update

share ko lang po dalawang latest project namin sa ofis,,, d modern house design po ni bossing from material n colors siya rin poh ang pumili,,, d farm house ako naman po ang nagdesign salamat kay bossing binigyan ako ng chance na i design ang farm house project namin,,, hope u like it guyz,,, some research n praktis done last week kaya ngayon lang ako nakapagpost....

good lighting bro medyo matigas nga lang ang modeling... kulang sa softness ung output... sa modern house comment ko lang is ung vertical feature mo with rose window...
mas ok cguro kung usog mo pa ng kunti paunahan para ung metal support ng roof mo (na pedeng wala naman) is mapunta sa likod not now na nakatusok sa harap and ung box din na kulay kalawang is off. saka ung kulay ng roof bro.
the design of farm house is great just minor comment on the additional canopy on the right side with holes, i think it is overkill... design can withstand without it bro.... hope makatulong
