W/C is best Intel Xeon Quad or Intel Core 2 Quad?

Mga sir please help me. Im starting to go back home in Manila this coming May pero i want to buy a workstation here in DXB.
Kung kayo papipiliin anu mas maganda at mas mabilis sa dalawa.? Here are the specs na binigay sakin.
Please help me. Salamat po ng marami mga sir.

First PC:
Intel Xeon Quad CPU E5320 @ 1.86Ghz.
4.0 GB RAM ddr2
NVIDIA Quadro FX 4600 @ 768mb. PCI-E

Second PC:
Intel Core 2 Quad @ 3.0 Ghz
4.0 GB RAM ddr2
Geforce GTX 285 @ 1GB PCI-E

Sir since sa Dubai ka, I knew somebody who works in a PC Shop. They have a good offer. I bought PC twice sa kanila, Sir cubi_o know this guy as well.

ang alm ko kse sa xeon.. server type yng procesor... and malamng kung xeon ung procesor eh pang server din ung mobo... i think pde dlwng procesor sa mga ganung bord... so upgrading is an ease... pero ung video card gusto ko ung gtx...

for more info.. i recomend sir necrolyte... hes good at this...

for your work, this is my bet, because of its videocard but the this processor is way back 2007 (E5320). prefer sya kasi workstation load, mas mababa sa wattage, though you must purchase a decent server board which will hit you back with its price.. 99% you wont even feel the difference ng Xeon and Quad on actual usage, technical papers lang magkakatalo na yan.. but if your looking for Xeon to match i7 this is the one for you E5520..

but for gaming i pick the second one.. teka ano yung exact model ng second option.. i prefer this, Q9450..

I'll go with this...this is what I'm using right now in the office and haven't encounter some problem even in my high rendering setup...except lang sa NVIDIA 1GB gamit namin...sa office lang namin ito ha...hindi akin...

agreed with dpyxl. nasabi na din nya yung gusto kong sabihin. kung may budget naman, go for i7 na.

xeon is better pwedeng dual na quad processor or quad na quad processor meaning 4 x xeon quad or 2 x xeon quad. lupit sa bilis nito. pero sobrang mahal nang mobo at mahirap mgahanap ng retailer nito try mo TYAN motherboards para dito. kekelanganin mo ring ng maraming ram para sa processore nito. XEON is socket 771
