Why not have a monthly Assignment?

why not have a monthly assigment in photography. maganda to para sa mga nagpapraktis, photography avid fans, professional na gustong tumulong sa mgabaguhan, yung mga hobby ang photography at ibaiba pa. so gawin din nating critique area tong monthly assignment na to. monthly assignments could include some themes like "Rust, reflection, DOF, macro photogrpahy, night scene, ghetto ligting, action shots, festivities, macro, halloween o iba iba pa.

you can post as many entries as you want. the only thing, specify your settings (fstop value, shutters speed, ISO) or even yung camera.

how about yung mga may digital camera na puro may preset na pwede ba yun. pwede basta specify lang kung anong preset ang ginamit.

kung may post process namang ginawa, specify narin kung ano yung ginamit. mas maganda nga kung kasama yung Raw shot at post process, para lahat could learn from each other.

paano kung wala pang experience sa photogrpahy, di ba mas ayos. kaya nga set up natin ang monthly assignment section to help especially yung newbie sa photography.

let the ball rolling,get a few themes for all of us to choose.the settings of e camera is not that vital!i think the picture itself is what its all about.first winner will get to choose wc/ theme would be next, i think we need a system how e winning photo would be choosen.either by voting or by a few juror.

ok na start na natin to. this months (Oct21-Nov30) theme will be chosen by nomeradona, since sya ang brainchild ng idea.

Entry Format:
1. 1 image per member
2. Title + Description (Essay, Poem, Paragraph, Clause, Sentence, Word)
3. Camera used, for DSLR- fstop value, shutters speed, ISO
for P&S digicam - Preset
4. Post editing will be allowed provided you post the original image.
Color Corrected Images need not post original image.
5. Entries posted should not exceed 800px x 800px, but a link to a larger file is allowed.

Winners will be judged through votation by members and special judges. The winning entry will be posted in our "Photo of the Month" Web Page Link to be launched together with our first winning photo on December 8, 2008.

so far ito palang ang mga guidelines, add nyo pa para mas complete then simulan natin to bukas. Thank you.

i think 4 is not necessary s were not purist here,as long as it doesnt goes beyond being a digital artwork na.lets start w ae most common theme and easier,like

2.MOMENTS,
3.SUNSET,
4.CHILDREN,
5.WATER,
6.BLACK AND WHITE
7.NIGHT LIFE
