Proposed 3 Storey Apartment in Pampanga

Sir and Madam, it's been a long time since no post, busy pa po kasi... i just want to share my latest tabing-guhit, Apartment ni NINONG... still in schematic stage, dami ko pa irerevise, C&C are very much welcome po para naman matuwa yung client. Done in 3DS Max 9, post process in PS2. Part pa rin po ng learning process natin... post ko po ibang views pag natapos na, eto na lng po muna sa ngayon... Thanks in advance and God Bless to all...

pakilagay na lang sa updatyes mo

nice rendering sir..kahit schematic palang ayus na ayus.. ..minor comment lang po parang walang texture yung sidewalk (imho).. saka parang mataas yung reflection nung railing in gray color (imho).. but overall ang galing sir postmor!

for me sir.. if mararapatin, parang alanganin lang po ako sa railing design.... siguro try nyo pa po experiment on that... pati ung exposed stairs, di ba delikado sa nakaw yan sir? wondrin also, bat kalahati lang ung na post?
on rendering, siguro sa reflection lang on the first image..

VERY CLEAN LINES BRO, simple yet elegant. IMHO lang, I wouldnt usa a wooden railing exposed sa weather natin, in a year or two, bulok na yan. Maintainance free sana kasi paupahan eh.

maraming salamat sa comment sir, nakalimutan nga yung sidewalk, nagfocus ako sa building kase, importante din pala yun, ayusin ko po sa final sir, and yung railing ko, pede ba hingi ng timpla ng chrome,sa sino man pong nakakaalam, maraming salamat uli, sa uulitin... God Bless...

maraming salamat sir, actually sa design and sa cad nakakulong po sya for security and meron din pong shutter para sa mga pinto, but sabe ko sa client diko na ilalagay, sa presentation ko, pumayag naman po, but i will try to para makita talaga ang resulta sa reality,.. maraming salamat po sir, actually kulay lang po siya, gusto kong magmukhang kahoy, but two choices po kasi, weather proof PVC po siya or cast iron ang gagamitin,depende napo sa gusto ng client.,color nalang po yung sakin.. and nagraise nga po pala ako ng .30mts. from road level, post ko po update pag natapos ko na... maraming salamat ulit sir, GOD BLESS po...
