Hope I can help and suggest some pointers para mapaganda mo pa lalo ang renderings mo sir..


here's my comments
- camera angle sir.. you need atleast 1.3 - 1.5m height of camera angle and use 2point perspective.. if your are using sketch up there are options of using 2 points perspective.. if 3d Studio max there is a modifier for camera to make it as 2point perspective.
- the Background. if it is possible to use either HDRI or vray sky and sun then after that try to match your perspective on your backgroun to look more nicer.
