Good evening po. May itatanong lang po ako, is it a bad thing po ba pagsamahin sa isang community like facility ang mga foreign at filipino retirees?

any opinion will be much appreciated. thank you

Nope. I don't see any problem with that. I think foreigners will like it. Do not promote racial segregation. If foreigners decided to retire here, It just means that they love the country and the people in it.

Yes I agree. What made you think na masama? Or what made you ask this question? How do you see it, I want to know. Can you explain?

May nagsabi po kasi sakin na it is a bad thing kasi may ibang demand ang mga foreign retirees kaya po nag dalawang isip ako. Since professional po yung nagsabi sakin at may experiences na po siya sa retirement facility medyo nagkaron po ako ng second thought. though yung researches ko po okay lang po siya, yung demands and culture po nung foreign retirees ay icoconsider ko. kasi yun na po yung nakalagay sa manuscript ko.

Technically, foreign ang concept ng retirement sa atin. Very possible na foreign ang context nito. Very possible din na may culture clash. BUT, OR MAYBE, ito ang makakapag pa-unique ng thesis mo. Kung paano mo ito iapproach. 

You need to state those differences and find a solution on how to tackle them. Maybe a program that will unify or neutralize the culture crashes and other differences. Magandang study ito. I hope you will consider that.

Itatanong ko lang po kung ano ang mas recommended, gawin ko siyang public o private?

I suggest gawin mo muna private at small scale. Para makita mo agad ang expenses at ang profit. 

Ang difference lang naman usually dalawang entity is kung san mo kukunin ang budget. At pano mo isusustain ang operation.
