thanks sa comment sir trox... I will try... hdri sky kasi gamit ko dyan kaya medyo makulimlim...

You just actually need to up to value of your hdri, this is fine already. straigthen mo nalang ang building para architectural ang dating.

This is my[url=#78110681] follow[/url] up renders regarding sa una ko pong post.
Naglagay po ako ng Vray sun at nagdagdag ng mga cameras at nag shot po sa ibat ibang angle.
Rhino 5 at 3dmax + vray lang po gamit ko dito... wala po enhancement sa PS. 

Maraming salamat po sa mga nag suggest para ma improve ko pa ang mga renders ko...

Marami pong salamat:

1. ito po ung screen shot nang original 3d model ko done in Rhino 5.


2. First attempt po ng Vray sun with additional details na ako na dinagdag sa scene. Solid po ang offsite buildings dito sa background.



3. Second attempt po ng Vray sun.. dinagdagan pa lalo ng details at ginawa ko pong silhouette yung mga offsite buildings


4. Ibat ibang shots po  at gamit yung camera " Depth "..

tweak mo na lang BG mo para lumiwanag, parang inconsistent kasi sa lakas nung araw yung sky mo (maliwanag sun vs madilim na sky). Saka konting desat ng mga colors (konting konti lang) para mas madagdagan yung photorealism.

no offense meant to the last commenter but it is still no way near the ganda level. But the good thing is - it can of course reach a much better level of quality than its current state. What I find lacking is contrast. Add more ambient occlussion so that the objects lying on the ground will look and feel like they are actual objects atop the ground. Also the golden rule is to make sure that your cameras are placed along eye level. As for the other angles, ask yourself if the angles you choose highlight the trees and the plants rather than the actual structure itself. Cameras must be placed for a reason. Goodluck!

Actually what I had uploaded was a raw 3dsmax rendered images only without any enhancement from photoshop.. I know now what I still need to do to somehow improve my renders. 

I'm working it now and hopefully I can achieve a better result later:
