Urgent Hiring: Architect's Full-Time Apprentice

Arkinetika opens its doors to mentally tough, fresh, architecture graduates who are looking to hone their skills in doing industrial and commercial projects, project management, and master development planning.

Arkinetika is not your typical architecture firm. We do not just design buildings, duh. We build lasting relationships with our clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. We invest heavily on our people. We actively mentor team members through frequent one-on-ones, feedback, coaching, and delegation.

Minimum requirements

• Graduate of BS Architecture
  
• Proficient in CAD and SketchUp
  
• Lives in or near Project 8, Quezon City
  

Job highlights

• Attend project meetings and present to clients, consultants, and contractors
  
• Contribute in concept design and design development phases
  
• Plan, schedule, and manage your own projects
  
• Produce construction and contract documents
  
• Produce as-built drawings
  
• Check progress of on-going projects
