how to make it smoother

Sir ask ko lang po pano mapa smooth pa itong ring na ginawa ko sagad na kasi ung sides nyan cylinder eh

right click mo mga model convert to editable poly, then punta ka sa modify tab sa upper right panels hanapin mo yung smooth modifier check mo yung auto smooth.

try mo din yung turbo smooth. pag di ka pa satisfied. set mo iteration sa 2.

After you convert it on editable poly activate mo segement then mag ring selection then connect ka muna sir para madagdagan ung segment sa mga malapit sa corners bago ka mag turbo smooth.

thanks sir turbo smooth lang pala un 

this is an old post but chances are, the vertices aren't welded and the smoothing values aren't properly defined. You'll find the smoothing values under subobject faces or by using the smooth modifier.
