HIRING: Two NEW ArchViz Artists

My firm, employs 80% of its work through freelance artists such as yourself. I'm looking to add two new stellar artists to my firms workforce, and would like to put your skills to the test.





Attached are two photos, of my favorite project I've worked on in my firm. What I'm looking for, is for artists, with better quality to come in, and make the minor changes which can make this picture I love, even more-so, by utilizing and displaying higher photo-realistic render options, small details which make the image "more perfected." I would just like to see how this image could be rendered to be more photo-realistic, to find new artists I like to work with. 

This is a small design challenge, if interested, I can send you the file, you can make your "versions" and post here, I will be selecting two artists at end of this Month; February 29th, 2016.
