hotel room

hi guys.... wanna share this, one of our project proposal in the office...
this was modeled by my officemate, rendering lng sa akin.....
c&c are most welcome.

Done in CAD+3dmax2008+PS7

Nice render! I love the 1st image. pero may na pansin lang ako Brownout ata sa hotel na to hehe ay d pala naka on pala ang tv. Joke lang maam ha..

Anyways here are my comments:

1. Try to switch on all the lighting fixtures
2. Try use VRAY2SidedMtl on your blinds
3. Look for a better background. Blurry kasi eh
4. Use VRAYLightMtl for your TV Screen. Para mag glow
5. Add 2 more pillows and 1 bolster. E sandal mo sa headboard ang mga pillow wag pahiga.
6. Mag lagay ka ng wine at 2 glass naka patong sa tray sa ibabaw ng bed
7. Medyo OP ang plants sa gitna @ window side IMHO lang..
8. try to make use of your Lighting fixtures to light up the room not the sun or natural light para magmukhang "Sexy & Romantic" ang room.(Sa hotel design kasi as much as possible minimized ang natural lighting)

I think thats all maam. I hope makatulong mga CCs ko.

- blotches sa walls
- too much pinlyts
- ung chair na may metalic mat,,a bit off..looks lyk mirror.
- area near the entry door..too dark..
- floor mat..hanap k ng iba...
- fixed glass po ba yan lhat?

noted po sir...... yung chair plastic po yon na parang glass ang mat.... loius ghost po tawag nila... pero medyo kulang pa yung mat. ko....hehehe, tnks po sa c&c nyo.... malaking tulong po ito... try kong i render uli to..... mabuhay po kayo......
